Operating Principle
This product's rectifier reduces the input AC power to the required voltage range through a high-frequency power supply. By taking advantage of the unidirectional conduction characteristic of diodes within the three-phase power supply, it converts the AC power into pulsating DC power. Then, after filtering through inductors and capacitors to eliminate current ripple, it outputs smooth and stable DC power through a PID control module, applying a stable DC electric field to the electroplating tank. Drive metal ions to migrate directionally to the surface of the cathode workpiece, causing a reduction reaction to form a coating.
